Job Title: Assistant Facilities Manager
Position Type: 9-Month Position
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
Starting Pay: $17.50 per hour

Position Overview:
The Tri-Valley School District is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual to serve as an Assistant Facilities Manager. This role supports the Facilities Manager in maintaining a clean, safe, and functional learning environment across all district buildings.
The Assistant Facilities Manager will be trained in and ultimately responsible for mastery of our Eagle CMMS work order program, ensuring that all facility-related requests are handled efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills and will be comfortable interacting with custodial staff, district personnel, and administrators.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Prior experience in facilities, maintenance, or custodial services preferred.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to effectively delegate tasks and manage multiple priorities.

Proficient computer skills; ability to learn and manage CMMS software (Eagle CMMS).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of staff and departments.
Work Environment:

This is an on-site position based in the Tri-Valley School District.

Some physical work may be required, including walking throughout school facilities and light lifting.
